
Ingredients
- Thin linguine, cooked
- 1 ball burrata
- A big handful fresh basil, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- A handful cherry tomatoes, chopped
- A glug of olive oil
- Black pepper
- Reserved pasta water
Directions
- Chop a big handful of basil, the burrata, the garlic and the cherry tomatoes into a large bowl.
- Add a glug of olive oil and plenty of black pepper.
- Add the hot thin linguine straight from the pot and mix until the burrata is fully melted and creamy.
- Loosen with a splash of pasta water if you want it thinner. Serve right away.
