Ingredients
- 3 lbs ground chicken
- 1 1/2 cups panko
- 1 1/2 cups chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 onions, chopped
- 4-5 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3 Tbsp allspice
- 1 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
- 3 Tbsp Mina harissa
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
Spicy Garlic Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp Mina harissa
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- A pinch of paprika
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Mix the ground chicken, panko, parsley, onion, garlic, seasoned salt, pepper, allspice, turmeric, garlic powder, harissa, and olive oil until well combined.
- Lightly oil a baking sheet and flatten the chicken mixture evenly across the surface. Using a knife, slice the flattened chicken into kabob-style strips.
- Drizzle the top with olive oil. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes, then broil for an additional 5 minutes for a golden top (time may vary with thickness).
- For the sauce, mix the mayonnaise, harissa, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, and salt until smooth and creamy.
- Serve the kebabs with the spicy garlic sauce. Great tucked into a grilled pita with a sweet onion salad.
Just as good as grilled, oven-baked. From Farrah O Feeds on Instagram.
