
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Flour
- Baking powder
- Salt
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Directions
- Beat the room-temperature butter with the block of cream cheese until nice and smooth.
- Add 1 1/4 cups sugar and mix in. Add the 2 eggs and 2 tsp vanilla and mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add half the flour mix to the cheesecake mix and fold in; repeat with the second half until you have a nice dough consistency.
- Scoop the dough onto a parchment-lined sheet pan.
- Bake at 350F until they just start to get a hint of brown on the edges.
- Cool on a rack, then dust generously with powdered sugar.
