From Aileen Cox Blundell on Instagram. A low-sugar, protein-filled snack for toddlers, kids and parents; delicious spread over fresh strawberries. Prep time 5 minutes, makes a large jar. If you would like it sweeter, add 1-2 tsp of maple syrup, but leave this out for smaller babies.
