
Ingredients
- 4-5 eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp salsa macha or chili crisp, plus more for topping
- Chives, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Directions
- Preheat a pan for 2 minutes on high. Add the heavy cream and salsa macha (or chili crisp). Lower the heat to medium and simmer for 1 minute; the cream will caramelize.
- Crack in the eggs and cover. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the whites set.
- Top with chives, a pinch of seasoned salt, and more salsa macha or chili crisp. Serve right away.
