
Ingredients
- 1 lb bacon (not thick-cut), each slice cut into 4 pieces
- Club crackers (Sweet Hawaiian), 1 per bacon piece
- Hot BBQ rub (such as Heath Riles)
- Brown sugar
- Red pepper flakes
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Set a wire rack over a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Cut the bacon into quarters. Lay one piece of bacon on each cracker on the rack.
- Season each cracker with the BBQ rub, then a sprinkle of brown sugar, then red pepper flakes (amounts to taste).
- Bake about 25 minutes, until the bacon is cooked through.
- Let cool completely before storing, or they will get soggy.
