
Hot Pot Bowl
- Napa cabbage, chopped
- Bok choy, halved
- Enoki mushrooms
- Green onions or garlic chives
- Thin-sliced pork or beef (hot pot slices)
- 1 egg
- Chili crisp and soy sauce, to taste
- A splash of water or broth
Dipping Sauce (from @jamesyworld)
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili crisp
- 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Lots of sesame seeds
Directions
- Layer all your veggies (napa cabbage, bok choy, enoki mushrooms, green onions) in a large microwave-safe bowl. Lay the thin-sliced pork or beef on top and crack in an egg.
- Season with a spoonful of chili crisp and a splash of soy sauce, then add a little water or broth.
- Cover and microwave until the meat is cooked through and the veggies are tender, about 8-10 minutes (check and stir partway).
- Combine all the dipping sauce ingredients and stir well.
- Serve the hot pot hot, with the sauce on the side.
